Livingston, Texas Trade Days

A weekend of shopping and festivities at Pedigo Park with plenty of treasures to be found.

Trade Days in Pedigo Park,

The tradition started more than a century ago, when the circuit judge would ride into town to conduct his monthly business. As area residents gathered on that particular Monday to witness the court proceedings for the month, they saw an opportunity to buy, sell and trade livestock, produce and other goods with one another. From there, the concept of Trade Days was born.

Today, the event has evolved into a weekend of shopping and festivities on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding the third Monday of each month.

While there's no judge making his way through town, there are plenty of treasures to be found. Hundreds of vendors pack up their arts, crafts, collectibles & antiques, and make their way to East Texas for Livingston's Trade Days. Trade Days has plenty of food concessions, large clean restrooms and two covered pavilions as well as open-air lots that can accommodate more than 350 vendors.

Trade Days is conveniently located in scenic Pedigo Park, just off Highway 59, 3/4 mile north of Highway 190, in Livingston, Texas. (80 miles north of Houston & 175 miles from Dallas)
