Texas Tropics Nature Festival
Held in Spring. Participants gather in McAllen to enjoy the unique bio-diversity of the Rio Grande Valley. Festival highlights include guided field trips, seminars and a trade show.

McAllen International Travel Show
The annual Travel Show is held in early January featuring over 100 destinations, attractions and entertainers from Mexico and the United States.

McAllen Street Market
Once a month during January, February and March, the streets of downtown McAllen are filled with music, craft booths and tasty foods. It's great family entertainment.

Starry Nights
A day-long celebration of the arts, featuring exhibits, live entertainment and children's activities.
